These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phgraet ("phgraet," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the phgraet online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phgraet. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. phgraet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phgraet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phgraet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
phgraet supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and method selected.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures and timelines. phgraet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 5 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phgraet reserves the right to void any winnings and return deposits if we determine that funds were deposited from a third-party source. You agree not to use phgraet for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgraet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. This includes but is not limited to disconnections, software errors, incorrect odds display, or any other technical issue that compromises the integrity of the game.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited if the termination is due to violation of these Terms. If the termination is initiated by phgraet for reasons other than Terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
All content on the phgraet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the property of phgraet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHGRAET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
phgraet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phgraet does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHGRAET, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL PHGRAET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PHGRAET IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phgraet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harm caused to any third party through your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without phgraet's prior written consent. phgraet may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and phgraet regarding the use of the Platform.
